In continuation   to  this  office  proceedings   in the  reference    12•h cited,  a copy of the Government  Memo  in the  reference  is" read above is   herewith   communicated  to  all the Regional  Joint Directors of School Education  and District  Educational  Officers in the State.
They are  requested  to  take  further   action  on work  adjustment  of  surplus teachers within  the Manda I and submit report of surplus teachers of with details of teacher adjusted and not adjusted  within the Mandal.

They are also requested to ensure  that  the work adjustment  exercise does not disturb 10th class instruction.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the SSC & Intermediate (APOSS) Examinations April/May 2014 and 2015 have been conducted during summer vacation.  The services of certain teaching and non teaching staff from Govt./ ZP/ Aided schools have been utilized for conduct of the said examinations.

In this connection, while enclosing the above Govt. orders in the reference cited, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take necessary action for preservation of earned leave for the staff whose services have been utilized in conduct of SSC & Intermediate (APOSS) examinations April/May 2014 and 2015 as per rules and procedure adopted for regular SSC Examination conducted by Director of Govt. Examinations A.P., Hyderabad.
